Peter Bellard

Background

Peter Bellard is a seasoned entrepreneur and financial expert with a passion for real estate, family, and adventure. Raised in Garden City, he excelled in both soccer and tennis at Garden City High School before continuing his athletic career at Hamilton College, where he played soccer and served as a team captain.

After graduating, Peter began his professional journey at Morgan Stanley in private wealth management before transitioning into brokerage as a foreign exchange options broker. Over 24 years, he specialized in Latin American currencies—working extensively with the Brazilian real, Mexican peso, Chilean peso, and Argentine peso. His work took him across South America, where he built strong relationships and developed a substantial book of business.

In 2010, Peter founded Middle Island Management as a real estate management firm, which quickly grew to oversee 33 rental properties. Over time, the company expanded into real estate brokerage and development. Today, through Bellard Brothers, Peter leads construction projects across Long Island, Vermont, Florida, and New Jersey.

Outside of work, Peter’s greatest joy is his family. He is married to Brittany Bellard, and together they have three wonderful children—Grayson, Addison, and Logan. He spends as much time as possible skiing and snowboarding with them in Vermont during the winter and enjoying summers on the water, whether fishing or cruising on the Long Island Sound. With a strong entrepreneurial spirit and a deep love for adventure, Peter continues to build both his business and a life full of meaningful experiences.
