Our Founders knew how to Build homes to meet the best standards for affordable housing, they have been doing it for two decades.  The Bellard brothers Team has built 33 affordable houses on long island and managed many more. The program worked very well for the community  and stakeholders alike.   We have identified similar areas of opportunity In Ohio and Florida where we can implement our  proven model.  Once our affordable homes are built they will be made available to those eligible under the local laws.  The revenue generated from the rentals is then given to help fund Marine research and conservation initiatives.  We believe that by providing these teams with a more predictable stream of income they will be able to plan ahead more easily as well as spend less time looking for funding.
